  • When you purchase an item from the shop we keep your name, delivery address, billing address and email address, product selections and payment information you give us - plus any other details you give us to complete the purchase

  • When we deliver a project or training, we keep names, postal addresses and email addresses you give us, billing address, correspondence sent to you, or received from you, payment details, evaluation and feedback given to us with consent, plus any other details you provide to us to carry out the agreed work

  • When you register on a mailing list we keep your name and email address solely for the purpose of providing information about JABADAO and it's work.  You may Unsubscribe at any time. Or email us at to remove your name from the list

  • where you are on the internet (e.g. the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like and .com), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website(s) that were viewed during your visit and any search terms that you entered on our website(s).

What we share

JABADAO will not sell or pass on your information to any other organisations.

We use service providers where it is necessary to enable us to manage the company.  These may share your information in order to be able to carry out their work. We use the following service providers who are acting as approved information processors on our behalf. They are  required to comply with UK information protection laws and ensure they have the appropriate controls in place to protect the security of your information. Transmitting information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data. However, we have robust procedures in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.

How long we keep your information

In general, we remove or securely destroy your data seven years after the year in which it was collected. However if you exercise your right of erasure, we will remove it from our records when you ask us to.
