Returns and Refunds

Make sure you get what you need

We are always very happy to talk with you about all aspects of the resources we offer before you buy them, to make sure they are suitable for your needs so you don’t end up with something you don’t want or that isn’t useful to you. If we are difficult to catch on the phone, email us, or drop us a text and we will respond as soon as we can.  07526 768846

If things are not good enough

Please get in touch with us if you are disappointed with something and we will try and put it right as soon as we can. We hate it if you are not happy or the resources are not useful - so we work as quickly as we can, either to improve things or refund you.

Returns

You can cancel an order from the moment you place your order until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods.

 

Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent to us by email, letter or fax - and because sometimes there are technical glitches, we need to confirm the receipt of your confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation within 48 hours you will need to get in touch again as it means we haven’t received it.

 

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

 

Returning goods

If you have already received the goods, package them up and send them back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.  

 

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

 

Cost of returning goods

If we are at fault, we will pay for the cost of returning the items. This includes faulty items or items that are not up to the standard that you should be able to expect from us.

 

If you have simply changed your mind, or not read the description on the website carefully enough - ending up with goods that are different from what you expected - we will ask you to pay for the return postage, (but we will still pay for the original postage of the item to you).
