We aim to be damned near perfect. But we're not. So we have a complaints procedure so you know we will do something if we mess up. If you tell us what is wrong we can learn and do better in future.

Mostly we will be able to do something. We will respond to you in two working days from receiving your message, letting you know what we can do.
And if, occasionally, we can't put something right - we'll explain what happened, apologise, (try to make amends) and learn from our mistakes.
