Regional Training Days
Most of the courses we run take place in settings across the country – in partnership with regional or local organisations.
Courses and events might be for the staff of one school, care home or community group; for a pyramid of schools, a local network of care homes or a regional community association; or for staff across a whole local authority or PCT.
You can choose from our basic menu of courses, or put a specific request to us for something different. Our courses are designed to help you make changes. In order to ensure we can make a useful contribution, we will start by asking you about the need you have identified in your area or setting, and use this as the focus for anything we offer.
We offer:
Introductory sessions – outlining scope of longer courses
Single days
Longer courses
Follow up – tailor-made to build sustainability
Currently the basic menu contains courses and events for those
working with:
Early Years Learning and Childcare settings
Primary Schools
Extended School settings
Young People in Secondary Schools
People with Learning Difficulties
Physically Frail Older People
People with Dementia
People experiencing Anxiety
And for:
People wanting to extend their understanding of working with the felt
experience of the body.
Specialist dance practitioners working in health, education and social care contexts.
